Helmut Heuser, the Founder, is a process and manufacturing consultant with more than 40 years of international experience. Based in China since 1986, he previously served as Board Member and General Manager of Würth Elektronik ICS (Shenyang), leading operations for intelligent power and control systems for mobile machines and commercial vehicles. He is recognized for bridging German engineering excellence with China’s manufacturing ecosystem through decades of leadership in manufacturing, business development, and cross-cultural collaboration.
